According to Human Rights in Iran, citing Mizan the official news agency of Irans judiciary , at dawn on Sunday, Mordad 5, 1404 July 27, 2025 , Behrouz Behzad Ehsani Eslamloo — son of JamshidAli and a political prisoner held in Ghezel Hesar Prison in Karaj — was executed. This political prisoner was executed despite being denied the right to access a lawyer of his choice from the moment of his arrest, as is standard practice under Irans judicial procedures.
The report claimed that the charges against Behrouz Behzad Ehsani Eslamloo, which led to his death sentence and execution, were as follows: “This individual was a member of the Mojahedine Khalq Organization MEK, also referred to as ‘Monafeqin in official discourse , who was involved in manufacturing launchers and handheld mortars. He allegedly caused casualties and damage to civilians, residential buildings, service and administrative centers, educational institutions, and charities through the use of indiscriminate projectiles. His aim was said to be disrupting public order and the safety of innocent citizens.”
The judiciarys news agency further claimed that Ehsani Eslamloo had been tried in a fully fair process in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code, stating: “According to the evidence in the case file, Behrouz Ehsani Eslamloo had been a member of the MEK since the 1980s, and after his release from prison during that same decade, he rejoined the group.”
It is important to note that his execution was carried out in complete secrecy. His family and lawyer were informed only after the execution had taken place, and they were not given the opportunity for a final visit beforehand.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از میزان، سحرگاه یکشنبه ۵ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۴، بهروز بهزاد احسانی اسلاملو ـ فرزند: جمشیدعلی، از زندانیان سیاسی محبوس در زندان قزلحصار کرج، اعدام شد. این زندانی سیاسی، در حالی اعدام شد که همواره و بر طبق روال جاری قضایی در ایران، از لحظه بازداشت، از حق دسترسی به وکیل مورد نظرش، محروم بود.
در این گزارش، پیرامون اتهامات منتسب شده به بهروز بهزاد احسانی اسلاملو که منجر به صدور اجرای احکام اعدام گردیده ادعا شد:”این فرد، از اعضای سازمان مجاهدین خلق منافقین بوده که اقدام به ساخت لانچر و خمپاره انداز دستی می کرده و با پرتابه های بی دقت به شهروندان، منازل، اماکن خدماتی و اداری، مراکز آموزشی و خیریه خسارت می زده و تلفات می گرفته؛ همچنین هدفش برهم زدن نظم اجتماعی و امنیت شهر وندان بی گناه بود.”
در ادامه این گزارش، خبرگزاری قوه قضائیه با طرح این ادعا که بهروز بهزاد احسانی اسلاملو در روندی کاملا عادلانه منطبق با قانون آئین دادرسی کیفری، محاکمه شده ادعا کرد:”طبق مستندات موجود در پرونده، بهروز احسانی اسلاملو از دهه ۶۰ در عضویت گروهک منافقین بوده و پس از آزادی از زندان در دهه ۶۰، مجدد به عضویت آن گروه سیاسی در آمده بود.”
لازم به ذکر است که اعدام وی در خلاء کامل خبری بوده و خانواده و وکیل وی پس از انجام اعدام باخبر شده اند و قبل از اعدام ملاقاتی با وی نداشته اند.
