شورای صنفی دانشجویان کشور هم با انتشار خبری افزود؛ روز دوشنبه ۲۲ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، محمدنوید بادامی، پس از اتمام مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، با تودیع قرار وثیقه از زندان اوین آزاد شد.
لازم به اشاره است، محمدنوید بادامی، اوایل خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط ماموران وزارت اطلاعات در تهران، بازداشت و برای تشکیل پرونده قضایی به بند ۲۰۹ آن ارگان امنیتی منتقل و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام سپس به اندرزگاه ۴ زندان اوین منتقل شده بود.
محمدنوید بادامی، دانشجوی مقطع کارشناسی ارشد در رشته زبان شناسی در دانشگاه (شهید) بهشتی تهران است.
بازداشت آقای بادامی در پی تجمع شماری از دانشجویان در روز شنبه ۳۰ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۲، در اعتراض به اجرای حکم اعدام سه متهم پرونده “خانه اصفهان” صورت گرفته است.
