سپهبد نیروی زمینی شاهنشاهی ایران، آخرین رئیس شهربانی شاهنشاهی و آخرین فرماندار نظامی تهران بعد از ارتشبد غلامعلی اویسی بود. وی از نخستین افرادی بود که پس از پیروزی انقلاب ۱۳۵۷ و در ۲۶ بهمن ۱۳۵۷ تیرباران شد.
The individual served as a lieutenant general in the Imperial Iranian Army, the last chief of the Imperial Police, and the final military governor of Tehran following General Gholam Ali Oveissi. This person was among the first to be executed by firing squad after the victory of the 1979 revolution, on 15 February 1979.
