On Sunday, August 6, 2023, Shahrokh Ahmadi and Siamak Ebrahimi, who were previously tried by Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Iman Afshari, were collectively sentenced to 9 years and 8 months of imprisonment.
Based on the verdict issued by Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, which was communicated by Erfan Karim Vaisi, the defense attorney for the defendants in this case, Siamak Ebrahimi was sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment for the charge of "assembly and collusion with the intent to commit a crime against national security" and an additional 8 months for "propaganda activities against the regime." Shahrokh Ahmadi was sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment for "assembly and collusion with the intent to commit a crime against national security." If this verdict is upheld in the Tehran Provincial Court of Appeals and Article 134 of the Islamic Penal Code (aggregation of crimes) is applied, the most severe punishment, which is 5 years of imprisonment for Siamak Ebrahimi, will be enforced.
It is noteworthy that the trial session for the charges against Shahrokh Ahmadi and Siamak Ebrahimi was held on July 17, 2023, in Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, where these citizens, along with their defense attorney, Erfan Karim Vaisi, presented their defense regarding the charges listed in the indictment to Iman Afshari.
Additionally, the interrogation and charge notification session for Siamak Ebrahimi and Shahrokh Ahmadi took place on February 7, 2023. They were arrested by the intelligence officers of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and, after being transferred to Evin Prison and undergoing interrogation, were released on March 10, 2023, on a bail of 700 million tomans, following the investigation in Branch 2 of the District 33 Prosecutor's Office in Tehran, presided over by Mahmoud Haj Moradi.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز یکشنبه ۱۵ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، شاهرخ احمدی و سیامک ابراهیمی، که پیشتر توسط شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، به ریاست قاضی ایمان افشاری، محاکمه شده بودند در مجموع به تحمل ۹ سال و ۸ ماه حبس تعزیری، محکوم شدند.
براساس دادنامه صادره توسط شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران که عرفان کریم ویسی، وکیل مدافع متهمان این پرونده ایلاغ شده، سیامک ابراهیمی، از بابت اتهام (اجتماع و تبانی به قصد ارتکاب جرم علیه امنیت کشور) به تحمل ۵سال حبس تعزیری و به اتهام (فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام) هم به ۸ماه حبس تعزیری و شاهرخ احمدی هم به اتهام(اجتماع وتبانی به قصدارتکاب جرم علیه امنیت کشور) به تحمل ۴سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شده است. به فرضا تائید این حکم در دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان تهران و اعمال ماده ۱۳۴مجازات اسلامی(تجمیع جرائم)، مجازات اشد یعنی ۵ سال حبس تعزیری برای سیامک ابراهیمی لازم به اجرا خواهد بود.
لازم به اشاره است، جلسه دادرسی به اتهامات شاهرخ احمدی و سیامک ابراهیمی، در تاریخ ۲۶ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۲، در شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، برگزار و این شهروندان به همراه عرفان کرم ویسی، وکیل مدافع خود، دفاعیاتشان را از بابت اتهامات مندرج در کیفرخواست به ایمان افشاری ارائه کرده بودند.
همچنین، جلسه بازپرسی و تفهیم اتهام سیامک ابراهیمی و شاهرخ احمدی، در تاریخ ۱۸ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۱، توسط ماموران اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران، بازداشت و پس از انتقال به زندان اوین و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و سپس بازپرسی در شعبه ۲ دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران به ریاست محمود حاج مرادی، در تاریخ ۹ اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۱، با تودیع وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۷۰۰ میلیون تومان، آزاد شدند.
