Sheikh Hossein Doulati was sentenced by a judge of the Revolutionary Court of Qom Province to 3 years and 8 months in prison on charges related to religious dissent and support for the Yamani movement.
This religious dissident was arrested on May 28, 2022, by intelligence agents of the Qom Province Revolutionary Guard. After being transferred to the detention center of that security agency and undergoing interrogation, including 18 days in solitary confinement without access to his approved lawyer, he was charged by the prosecutor of the Public and Revolutionary Court of Qom and eventually transferred to the Central Beach Prison of Qom Province.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران در ۱۴بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۲، طی روزهای گذشته، شیخ حسین دولتی، دگراندیش مذهبی و از پیروان جریان یمانی و زندانی عقیدتی، دوران حبس تعزیری ۳ سال و ۸ ماه خود را در زندان ساحلی مرکزی قم سپری می کند.
براساس این گزارش، سیخ حسین دولتی در حال حاضر ۱ سال از حبس تعزیری خود را پشت سر گذاشته است.
لازم به اشاره است، شیخ حسین دولتی، توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاه انقلاب استان قم، از بابت اتهاماتی مرتبط با دگراندیشی مذهبی و حمایت از جریان یمانی به تحمل ۳ سال و ۸ ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
این دگراندیش مذهبی، در تاریخ ۷ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۱، توسط ماموران اطلاعات سپاه استان قم، دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه آن نهاد امنیتی و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تحمل ۱۸ روز سلول انفرادی در حالی که از حق دسترسی به وکیل مورد تائید خود محروم بود توسط بازپرس شعبه دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب قم، تفهیم اتهام گردید و در نهایت به زندان ساحلی مرکزی استان قم منتقل شد.
