Enayatollah Eshraghi was born into a Bahá'í family and, after completing high school, was employed by the National Iranian Oil Company. After retiring, he settled in Shiraz and became a member of the local spiritual assembly of Shiraz.
On 29 November 1982, his home was attacked, and his wife, Ezzat Janami Eshraghi, and daughter, Roya, were arrested and transferred to a detention centre of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. A few months later, Enayatollah Eshraghi was also imprisoned in Adelabad Prison, and his wife and daughter were transferred there on 4 January 1983.
Enayatollah Eshraghi was hanged on 16 June 1983, along with five other Bahá'ís. Two days later, on 18 June 1983, his wife and daughter were executed alongside eight other Bahá'í women. Their bodies were not returned to their families and were likely buried by government officials in Shiraz.
عنایت الله اشراقی در یک خانواده بهائی متولد شد و پس از تکمیل دوره دبیرستان به استخدام شرکت ملی نفت ایران درآمد. پس از بازنشستگی در شیراز ساکن شد و عضو محفل روحانی محلی شیراز بود.
در روز ٨ آذر ۱۳۶۱ منزل او مورد حمله قرار گرفت و همسرش، عزت جانمی اشراقی، و دخترش رؤیا دستگیر و به بازداشتگاه سپاه منتقل شدند. پس از چند ماه، عنایت الله اشراقی نیز در زندان عادل آباد محبوس شد و همسر و دخترش نیز در روز ۱۴ دی ۱۳۶۱ به عادل آباد منتقل شدند.
عنایت الله اشراقی در تاریخ ۲۶ خرداد ۱۳۶۲ به همراه پنج بهائی دیگر به دار آویخته شد. دو روز بعد، در روز ٢٨ خرداد ۱۳۶۲، همسر و دختر او نیز به همراه هشت زن بهائی دیگر اعدام شدند. جسد آنان به خانواده هایشان تحویل داده نشد و احتمالاً مأمورین دولتی آن ها را در شیراز به خاک سپردند.
