According to received information, Zahra Irandoost and Mohammadreza Irandoost, the nieces and nephews of Javad Heydari, disappeared on 5 Bahman. They went missing after leaving their home in good physical and mental health for work.
More than 24 hours after their disappearance, a call from a private number was made to their family, unofficially stating that the two individuals were detained by the Ministry of Intelligence. As of the time of this report, no official information has been provided to the family regarding their whereabouts, physical and legal status, or the possibility of contact and visitation.
Reports indicate that Mohammadreza Irandoost was arrested in Qazvin and Zahra Irandoost in Tehran during raids by security forces on their homes. During these raids, officers searched the homes and seized electronic devices without presenting a judicial warrant.
Sources close to the family have stated that these arrests were made without a summons and without access to legal counsel, and the family has been deprived of any contact or visitation with the detainees.
Meanwhile, the mother of the two individuals has stated that her children were detained by the Ministry of Intelligence, and the responsibility for their safety and well-being lies with this security agency.
Javad Heydari, the uncle of the two detainees, was killed during the nationwide protests in 2022 in Qazvin. His death is among the documented cases of the use of firearms against unarmed protesters, for which no independent investigation has been conducted so far.
It has been reported that Zahra Irandoost was released from Choubindar prison in Qazvin on bail. The release was secured with a bail amount of one billion and five hundred million tomans.

پس از گذشت بیش از 24 ساعت بی خبری، تماسی از یک شماره خصوصی با خانواده آن ها برقرار شد و به طور غیررسمی اعلام شد که این دو شهروند در بازداشت وزارت اطلاعات قرار دارند. تا زمان تنظیم این گزارش، هیچ اطلاع رسمی درباره محل نگهداری، وضعیت جسمی و حقوقی یا امکان تماس و ملاقات با آن ها به خانواده داده نشده است.
گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که محمدرضا ایراندوست در قزوین و زهرا ایراندوست در تهران طی یورش نیروهای امنیتی به منازلشان بازداشت شدند. در این یورش ها، مأموران بدون ارائه حکم قضایی اقدام به تفتیش منازل و ضبط وسایل الکترونیکی کردند.
منابع نزدیک به خانواده اعلام کرده اند که این بازداشت ها بدون احضاریه و بدون دسترسی به وکیل صورت گرفته و خانواده تاکنون از هرگونه تماس یا ملاقات با این دو بازداشت شده محروم بوده اند.
در همین حال، مادر این دو شهروند اعلام کرده است که فرزندانش توسط وزارت اطلاعات بازداشت شده اند و مسئولیت حفظ جان و سلامت آنان بر عهده این نهاد امنیتی است.
جواد حیدری، دایی این دو بازداشت شده، در جریان اعتراضات سراسری سال 1401 در قزوین کشته شد. قتل او از جمله موارد مستند استفاده از سلاح گرم علیه معترضان غیرمسلح است که تاکنون هیچ گونه تحقیق مستقل درباره آن انجام نشده است.
در ادامه، گزارش شده است که زهرا ایراندوست با تودیع وثیقه از زندان چوبیندر قزوین آزاد شد. این آزادی با وثیقه یک میلیارد و پانصد میلیون تومانی صورت گرفت.
