Javad Heydari was one of the protestors participating in the 2022 Uprising of Iran, who was shot by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic near Mellat Qazvin Park, Hokmabad Street, and died a few hours later due to the severity of his injuries and lack of medical attention.
Javad Heidari was an agricultural engineer. It is said that he was hit by a bullet from behind, and then they surrounded him with guns instead of taking him to the hospital, he was taken to the command headquarters, which is near Mellat Park, and after three hours and when his condition worsened, was transferred to Rajaei Hospital that died there.
An informed source says that when Javad Heydari was taken to the hospital, resuscitation was not carried out successfully, and finally, he was transferred to the "Behesht Fatemeh" cemetery of Qazvin as an "unknown". The family took over the body of Javad Heydari from the Behesht Fateme morgue.
Javad Heydari was buried on Sunday, 23 September 2022, in the cemetery of Rahmatabad Bozorg village, Qazvin. They asked the family to hold the funeral ceremony quickly and quietly.
The authorities told the family either cut it and bury it right now or we will bury it wherever we want. They did not give the family enough time for a proper ceremony, they even sent a message through an intermediary that they should announce that Javad died due to an accident or incident, but the family stood by their position and said that they didn't care if the regime kills more of their family. The presence and company of people helped to reduce the pressure. It was a grand ceremony with a large number of people.

جواد حیدری یکی از معترضان شرکت کننده در قیام ۱۴۰۱ ایران بود که در حوالی پارک ملت قزوین، خیابان حکم آباد مورد اصابت گلوله نیروهای سرکوبگر جمهوری اسلامی قرار گرفت و ساعاتی بعد به دلیل شدت جراحات وارده و نداشتن مراقبت های پزشکی جان خود را از دست داد.
جواد حیدری مهندس کشاورزی بود. گفته می شود از پشت مورد اصابت گلوله قرار گرفته و سپس به جای انتقال به بیمارستان با اسلحه او را محاصره کرده و به مقر فرماندهی که حوالی پارک ملت است منتقل کرده و پس از سه ساعت و در چه شرایطی بدتر شد، به بیمارستان رجایی منتقل شد که در آنجا فوت کرد.
یک منبع آگاه می گوید زمانی که جواد حیدری به بیمارستان منتقل شد، عملیات احیا با موفقیت انجام نشد و در نهایت به عنوان «ناشناس» به قبرستان «بهشت فاطمه» قزوین منتقل شد. خانواده پیکر جواد حیدری را از سردخانه بهشت فاطمه تحویل گرفتند.
جواد حیدری روز یکشنبه اول مهر ۱۴۰۱ در قبرستان رحمت آباد بزرگ قزوین به خاک سپرده شد. آنها از خانواده خواستند که مراسم تشییع جنازه را سریع و بی سر و صدا برگزار کنند.
مسئولین به خانواده گفتند مراسم را قطع کنید و همین الان دفن کنید یا هر کجا که بخواهیم دفن می کنیم. وقت کافی برای برگزاری مراسم مناسب به خانواده ندادند، حتی با واسطه پیغام دادند که جواد بر اثر تصادف یا حادثه فوت کرده است، اما خانواده روی موضع خود ایستادند و گفتند که اهمیتی نمی دهند. اگر رژیم تعداد بیشتری از خانواده آنها را بکشد. حضور و همراهی مردم به کاهش فشار کمک کرد. مراسم باشکوهی با جمعیت زیاد بود.
او زاده ۹ ابان ۱۳۶۱ بود.
