On Saturday, September 30, 2023, Ali Panah Heidari and his son, Rouhollah Heidari, the father and brother of Javad Heidari, who died during the nationwide protests of 2022, were released on bail from the central prison (Choobindar) in Qazvin after completing interrogations and being charged.
Fatemeh Heidari, another member of the family, announced on her personal page that her father and brother, Rouhollah, had been released on bail.
It is worth mentioning that Rouhollah Heidari and his father, Ali Panah Heidari, were arrested on September 22, 2023, following a raid by security forces on their home, which involved violent behavior, intimidation, and threats. They were taken to a detention center of one of the security agencies in Qazvin Province for case processing.
Previously, in April 2023, Rouhollah Heidari and his father, Ali Panah Heidari, were also arrested by security agents in Qazvin Province. After undergoing interrogation and being charged, they were released on bail.
Javad Heidari, the brother of Rouhollah Heidari and son of Ali Panah Heidari, died on September 22, 2022, during the nationwide protests in Qazvin Province, as a result of being shot by security forces.
Despite the release of Ali Panah Heidari and Rouhollah Heidari on bail, there is no information available about the charges against them or the legal proceedings in their case.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز شنبه ۸ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، علی پناه حیدری و فرزندش روح الله حیدری، پدر و برادر جواد حیدری ـ از جان باختگان اعتراضات سراسری۱۴۰۱، محبوس و بلاتکلیف در زندان مرکزی(چوبیندر) قزوین، پس از اتمام بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شدند.
فاطمه حیدری، دیگر فرزند این خانواده، ضمن اعلام این خبر در صفحه شخصی خود نوشت:”پدر و برادرم روح الله با قرار وثیقه آزاد شدند.”
لازم به اشاره است، روح الله حیدری و پدرش ـ علی پناه حیدری، در تاریخ ۳۱ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، پس از یورش نیروهای امنیتی به منزل آنها، توام با رفتار خشونت آمیز و ارعاب و تهدید، بازداشت و برای تشکیل پرونده به بازداشتگاه یکی از نهادهای امنیتی در استان قزوین، منتقل شده بودند.
روح الله حیدری و پدرش علی پناه حیدری، پیشتر هم در فروردین ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط ماموران امنیتی در استان قزوین، دستگیر و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، با قید وثیقه آزاد شده بودند.
جواد حیدری، برادر روح الله حیدری و فرزند علی پناه حیدری، در تاریخ ۳۱ شهریور ۱۴۰۱، همزمان با اعتراضات سراسری در استان قزوین، بر اثر اصابت گلوله نیروهای امنیتی جان خود را از دست داد.
علیرغم آزادی علی پناه حیدری و روح الله حیدری با تودیع قرار وثیقه، اما از اتهامات منتسبه و از روند حقوقی پرونده تشکیل شده بر علیه آنها اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
