Reports indicate that Zahra Irandoost and Mohammadreza Irandoost, the nieces of Javad Heydari, disappeared on 5 Bahman. The two individuals left their home in good physical and mental health for work and did not return.
The family stated that after more than 24 hours of no contact, they received a call from a private number, unofficially informing them that the two are detained by the Ministry of Intelligence. As of the time of this report, no official information regarding their whereabouts or condition has been provided to the family.
It is reported that Mohammadreza Irandoost was detained in Qazvin and Zahra Irandoost in Tehran during raids by security forces on their homes. During these raids, officers searched the premises without presenting a judicial warrant and confiscated electronic devices, including mobile phones and laptops.
Sources close to the family have emphasised that these detentions occurred without summons and without access to legal representation, and the family has been denied any contact or visitation with the two individuals.
In relation to this matter, the mother of the two stated that her children have been detained by the Ministry of Intelligence, which is responsible for ensuring their safety and well-being. She mentioned that Mohammadreza Irandoost was detained in Qazvin and Zahra Irandoost in Tehran.
Javad Heydari, their uncle, was killed by direct gunfire from military forces during nationwide protests in 1401 in Qazvin. This incident is among the documented cases of the use of firearms against unarmed protesters, for which no independent and transparent investigation has been conducted to date.
بر اساس گزارش ها، زهرا ایراندوست و محمدرضا ایراندوست، خواهرزاده های جواد حیدری، در تاریخ 5 بهمن ماه ناپدید شده اند. این دو نفر در حالی که با سلامت کامل جسمی و روحی منزل خود را به قصد کار ترک کرده بودند، دیگر به خانه بازنگشته اند.
خانواده این دو نفر اعلام کرده اند که پس از گذشت بیش از 24 ساعت بی خبری، تماسی از یک شماره خصوصی دریافت کرده اند که به طور غیررسمی اعلام شده است این دو نفر در بازداشت وزارت اطلاعات قرار دارند. تا زمان تنظیم این گزارش، هیچ اطلاع رسمی درباره محل نگهداری یا وضعیت آن ها به خانواده ارائه نشده است.
گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که محمدرضا ایراندوست در قزوین و زهرا ایراندوست در تهران طی یورش نیروهای امنیتی به منازلشان بازداشت شده اند. در این یورش ها، مأموران بدون ارائه حکم قضایی، منازل را تفتیش و وسایل الکترونیکی از جمله تلفن های همراه و لپ تاپ را ضبط کرده اند.
منابع نزدیک به خانواده تأکید کرده اند که این بازداشت ها بدون احضاریه و بدون دسترسی به وکیل صورت گرفته و خانواده تاکنون از هرگونه تماس یا ملاقات با این دو نفر محروم بوده اند.
در ارتباط با این موضوع، مادر این دو نفر اعلام کرده است که فرزندانش توسط وزارت اطلاعات بازداشت شده اند و مسئولیت حفظ جان و سلامت آنان بر عهده این نهاد امنیتی است. وی بیان کرده است که محمدرضا ایراندوست در قزوین و زهرا ایراندوست در تهران بازداشت شده اند.
جواد حیدری، دایی این دو نفر، در جریان اعتراضات سراسری سال 1401 در قزوین با شلیک مستقیم گلوله توسط نیروهای نظامی کشته شد. این حادثه از جمله موارد مستند استفاده از سلاح گرم علیه معترضان غیرمسلح است که تاکنون هیچ گونه تحقیق مستقل و شفافی درباره آن انجام نشده است.
