On Thursday 4th Mordad 1403 (25th July 2024) she was arrested and transferred to Rasht's Lakan Prison after going to the Rasht Prosecutor's Office. This sentence was implemented while she did not complete her treatment despite the need for treatment and medical care.

On Tuesday, September 19, 2023, Yasemin Hashdari, a resident of Anzali in Gilan Province, was released on bail from Lakan Prison in Rasht after being charged.

A source reported that the charge against Ms. Hashdari was "propaganda against the regime," and she is awaiting notification to attend a court hearing.

It should be noted that Yasemin Hashdari was arrested on September 16, 2023, by Intelligence Ministry agents in Anzali. She was then transferred to a detention center in Rasht, where she underwent interrogation and was charged before being moved to Lakan Prison in Rasht.

روز سه شنبه ۲۸ شهریورماه ۱۴۰۲، یاسمین حشدری، اهل و ساکن شهرستان انزلی از توابع استان گیلان و محبوس و بلاتکلیف در زندان لاکان رشت، پس از تفهیم اتهام با تودیع وثیقه آزاد شد.

به نقل از یک منبع مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”اتهام تفهیم شده به خانم حشدری(فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام) عنوان شده و او باید در انتظار دریافت ابلاغیه برای حضور در جلسه دادرسی باشد.”

لازم به اشاره ات، یاسمین حشدری، در تاریخ ۲۵ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط ماموران اداره اطلاعات در شهرستان انزلی، بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه آن نهاد امنیتی در شهر رشت و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام در نهایت به زندان لاکان رشت منتقل شده بود.
