در تاریخ 3 شهریور 1362، وی در خانه والدینش در کرج توسط نیروهای سپاه پاسداران بازداشت شد و بلافاصله مورد ضرب و شتم قرار گرفت. وی ابتدا به کمیته مشترک (توحید) و سپس به بازداشتگاه سپاه در مشهد منتقل و تحت شکنجه قرار گرفت. اتهام وی عضویت در سازمان چریک های فدایی خلق (اقلیت) بود. زمان اعدام این فرد اردیبهشت 1364 در زندان اوین اعلام شده است. محل دفن وی بهشت زهرا گزارش شده است.

Mohsen was a supporter of the Organization of Fadaiyan Khalq. After his sister and brother were killed in a street clash, he was on the run for a while but was eventually arrested. On September 25, 1983, he was arrested at his parents' home by the Revolutionary Guards.They attacked him as soon as they entered the house and beat him in front of his parents to find weapons. He was held at the Joint Committee, Evin Prison, and the Revolutionary Guards' headquarters in Mashhad. No information about his trial or sentencing has been provided to his family.
On 25 August 1983, an individual was arrested at their parents' home in Karaj by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. The individual was immediately subjected to physical assault. Initially, the person was transferred to the Joint Committee (Towhid) and later to a detention centre of the Corps in Mashhad, where they were reportedly tortured. The individual was accused of being a member of the Organisation of Iranian People's Fedai Guerrillas (Minority). The execution of this person was reported to have taken place in May 1985 at Evin Prison. The burial site was reported to be Behesht Zahra.
